RAIL DEPARTMENTThis section consists of 4 technological lines, of 97 employees working in 2 shifts and is attended to a PFISTER concreting plant with 20 concrete meshworks.

The section produces 30 types of rail useful for small, double and standard gauge track repairs and constructions.

MISCELLANOUS DEPARTMENT

This department consists of 143 employees working in 7 producing area such as :

-sections field, executes prefabs for rolling tracks, railway tunnels, roof girder sections, different ferro-concrete prefabricated units for art works and various civil building prefabs;

-centrifuged poles, manufactures prestressed and ferro-concrete poles by centrifugal action, poles that are being used for railway electrification, for underrunning voltage and mean stress power transmission and for tram and trolleybuss line support;

-masonry section, performs various masonry products and precast boards using granulated and concrete blast-furnace slag;

-rack, has 7 lines for manufacturing causeway bridge girders and prestressed concrete railway girders with a 3-33m gamma length adherent string;

-hard precast field, specialized in manufacturing precast ferro-concrete up to 40 tones;

-carpentry section, specialized and equipped for producing and maintaining the wooden gauge;

-steel benders section, executes steel and concrete reinforcements.

MECANO-ENERGETICS DEPARTMENT

This unit includes 6 workshops, 14 fields and 89 employees:

-first workshop, produces and distributes the process steam- necessary for precast concrete thermal treatment-, and the compressed air; maintains unit’s all calorific equipment;

-second workshop, deals with metal garments (execution, maintenance and metal gauge repairs);

-third workshop, maintains and repairs the electrical wiring. This section consists of the following fields: coiling, electrical wiring repairs for electric mechanic equipment and radio components, as well as electromotors hoisting units repairing;

-fourth workshop, executes chip removing processed metal works used for various cars and technological equipment;

-fifth workshop, deals with concreting plants maintenance;

-sixth workshop, maintains the gravel pit gradation plant and supplies the concreting plants with graded crushed rocks.

EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT

This section has 80 employees and 4 large work fields :

-ballast extraction, where the ballast is extracted, deposited and loaded up;

-transport column, which transports the ballast from the gravel pit to the unit precincts; transports the green concrete; provides the technical supplies; carries out special means activities (crane, bulldozer, and dragline); delivers the products to beneficiaries;

-gradation unit, sieves out, flushes out and crushes the ballast preparing it for concrete manufacturing;

-finished products warehouse, takes in and stores the products; loads up and secures them for transport and delivering.
